Zebra is one of the biggest names in automatic identification worldwide, built up in large part on the rugged mobile computing business it acquired from Motorola Solutions in 2014. We source Zebra's desktop and industrial barcode printers, handheld and wireless scanners, and mobile computers — the backbone of most of the systems we install.
Honeywell's productivity and workflow solutions business grew through acquisitions of Metrologic and Intermec, and now spans barcode scanners, rugged mobile computers, and printers used across warehouses, retail counters, and field service. Their handheld terminals are some of the most common devices we quote for logistics and field teams.
TSC built its name on dependable, competitively priced desktop and industrial thermal printers out of Taiwan, then merged with Printronix Auto ID in 2021 to widen its industrial print range. We turn to TSC most often when a client needs solid, consistent print quality without paying for throughput they won't use.
Citizen Systems — the barcode and receipt printer arm of the Citizen Watch group — is known for compact, reliable label and POS receipt printers. We stock their range for retail counters and back-office labelling, where footprint and uptime matter more than industrial-grade throughput.
BarTender is the label design and print-automation software that most of our hardware ends up running. We handle licensing across its Starter through Enterprise tiers, and a fair share of our support calls are BarTender renewals and integration troubleshooting rather than hardware faults.
We also source thermal transfer ribbons — wax, wax-resin, and resin — from Sony, Ricoh, and Dynic. Those run through our consumables supply chain rather than a branded partnership, so they're not featured above, but we stock and quote them alongside every printer we sell.
